Race Features
The ICE Breaker Swim will take place in beautiful Folsom Lake and be supported by the TBF Water Safety Team for a half mile or full mile course. Included with your race entry fee will be: a pancake breakfast and hot beverages, plus a Coaches Talk (swimming, open water skills and racing tips), FREE post race stretching and massage.

Free wetsuit demos from FF Sports Sacramento will be available on race day only and limited to a first come/first served basis.

Course Description

Swim
The half mile swim course will be a one loop course in Folsom Lake, beginning and ending at Granite Beach. Swimmers can choose to swim one lap or continue back in for a second lap to complete a full mile. The course will be patrolled by the TBF Water Safety Team and assistance is available to any swimmers experiencing distress.

Packet Pick-up

Packet pick-up and registration will be available from 7:30 am to 8:30 am at the race start/finish area at Granite Beach of Folsom Lake, Granite Bay.

Hotel rooms are available in nearby Rocklin and Roseville at Placer Valley Tourism.	There is a $10 per vehicle charge.

Our TBF Racing Athlete Volunteer Program offers you a chance to get involved with events, have fun and earn a $40 TBF Racing voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events - plus free food. Pick up your RACE For FREE Athlete Voucher at the end of your shift. Complete event schedule	Spectators are welcome at the ICE Breaker Swim and all TBF Racing events. Spectator food and drinks will be available for sale and free coffee is available in the morning. Stop by the TBF booth at the expo and find out how you can learn the sport of Triathlon through TBF Training
Refund and Transfer Policy
TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus $25 processing fee. Credits will not be given during race week. Transfers will be allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There will be a $25 transfer fee. Transfers will not be allowed during race week.
