Trek Bike Demo:

The Ride the Best Tour was designed to make the best bicycles from Trek , Gary Fisher , and LeMond available to experience firsthand. The tour travels throughout the country educating riders on product, proper bicycle fit, and offering the opportunity to ride a variety of bicycles. http://www.ridethebesttour.com/

Free Kid's Duathlon race

The race begins at 9 am and is free to kids 14 and under. All kids must have signed parental permission and a helmet to participate. The race is a one mile run followed by a 1.5 mile off-road bike. The bike course is suitable for single-speed bikes and all ability level.

Skills and drills courses with TBF Coaches

Mountain bike and road practice courses will be monitored by TBF coaches for tips on bike handling skills.

Practice on the 6 mile mountain bike course that will be featured in the TBF Kickstart MTB race on Sunday January 20.

KIDS

kids We will have three Chanoko Kids Duathlons, Chanoko Kids Jr. Duathlon and & Kids Trail Runs on February 2, February 23 and March 15 as part of the Chanoko Duathlon series.

Our 2008 TRI for KIDS will be now be a five-race series in June 8, July 13 , August 3, August 23 and a TRI for KIDS Championship Triathlon Race (and Open race) on September 13. These fun races at Rancho Seco Park will feature a swim of 50/150 meters, a 4 mile bike and a 1-mile run for athletes 11 to 14 years of age. There will be a shorter swim for the athletes 7-10. In total, in 2008 there will be:

6 Kids Mountain Bike Duathlon Races in the Spring
3 Kids Trail Runs in the Spring
5 Kids Triathlons in the Summer. See TBF Racing Events for a complete listing.

Hotel rooms are available in nearby Rocklin and Roseville at: Local Hotels. Make sure and ask for the TBF Racing group reservation rate.
There is a $7 per vehicle charge.

Our TBF Racing Athlete Volunteer Program offers you a chance to get involved with events, have fun and earn a $40 TBF Racing voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events - plus fee food. Pick up your RACE For FREE Athlete Voucher at the end of your shift. Complete event schedule
Spectators are welcome at the Family Fun Day and all TBF Racing events. Spectator food and drinks will be available for sale and free coffee is available in the morning. Stop by the TBF booth at the expo and find out how you can learn the sport of Triathlon through TBF Training
