Course Description and Map

Chanoko Mt Bike Duathlon
First and second runs - Both runs are the same course, and are mostly on single track trails heading out of the transition area and circling back to the first aid station at mile one and then finishing with another loop to the finish line. Bike - The bike course is a one loop 12-mile course that has a little bit of everything. The course is mostly single-track trails with some climbing and descending, some sand and rocks, and a water crossing or two.

Chanoko Trail Run
The Chanoko Trail Run starts along the shore of Folsom Lake and after a short section on pavement begins climbing the small hills of the shoreline for an out and back course that veers once to a scenic point along the lake and returns up some short but steep hills, with aid stations spread every 2 miles along the course. There is a climb up Mooney Ridge on the way back to the finish line.
